Yumura Hotel B&B, located in Yumura Onsen, Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, is a Property where you can enjoy natural Onsen with a private source flowing 24 hours a day and dishes full of local ingredients. We offer four types of Rooms: single Rooms for solo travelers, Western-style twin Rooms popular with couples and married couples, Japanese-style twin Rooms, and family Rooms for enjoying with family or friends. Currently, dinner is available as a safe takeout menu to be enjoyed in your Room. Breakfast is served in a buffet style with infection prevention measures in place.
We stayed for one night with dinner and breakfast included as a family of three.While the building feels a bit old, it is well maintained and very clean, so we had a very comfortable stay.We chose a meal-included Plan, and the food was excellent—we were able to relax and enjoy our meals.The drink bar with alcohol was fantastic, and I ended up getting refills many times (a bit tipsy).Breakfast also had a wide variety, and I went back for both Japanese and Western dishes.The houtou noodles were delicious as well.One thing that concerned me slightly was an odor in the Room.It didn’t bother us while we were in the Room, but when we returned after bathing, the smell stood out—so I think this could be improved.The bath area is small but includes an open-air bath and a sauna, and it was great that we could use the private bath for free.There were also massage chairs and computers available to use for free as part of the Facility offerings, plus unlimited manga—it felt like there wasn’t enough time to enjoy everything.Overall, it was a very good Accommodation.I would like to stay again.Thank you very much.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 8/12/2026It’s not a huge Hotel towering over the area, but I had a very comfortable stay at this Accommodation filled with genuine hospitality. The cold welcome drink right after entering the lobby truly revived me after being shaken around on the bus in the blazing heat. The sofa bed was also already prepared. There was cold water available near the public bath as well; the bathing area was clean, and large bottles of shampoo and other amenities were provided. At breakfast, the buffet featured delicious locally sourced ingredients. I was especially surprised that even yukata sleeve ties were provided for meals. With a library, manga library, and playroom, I was able to enjoy a very fulfilling night. Having one extra towel at the Room sink would have been even more helpful. There was also a map of nearby dining options, and there’s a large supermarket within walking distance. Getting here by bus from the station is a bit tricky, but if I have the chance, I’d definitely like to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Numerous museums where you can feel culture and art up close. Located in the heart of charming Yamanashi is Yumura Onsen, associated with the famous Sengoku period general, Takeda Shingen. At our property, "Yumura Hotel B&B", we adopt a bed and breakfast system with a fixed rate throughout the year and separate accommodation and meals.

Single rooms ideal for solo travelers, two types of twin rooms with Japanese and Western styles, and family rooms popular among families. Approximately 15 minutes by bus from Kofu Station South Exit. About 15 minutes by car from the Kofu Showa Interchange on the Chuo Expressway. 99 rooms, accommodating 138 guests (80% non-smoking rooms). All rooms equipped with Wi-Fi. Free flat parking for 90 vehicles.
We take pride in our natural Onsen with its own private source, available for bathing 24 hours a day.
Our proud natural hot spring source is 45.8 degrees Celsius, with a flow rate of 90L per minute, featuring sodium-calcium-chloride-sulfate spring water with a mildly alkaline pH of 8.45. Guests can enjoy the indoor bath 'Shima no Yu' and the renowned open-air bath 'Shibire Yu,' both available 24 hours for men and women. Additionally, there are six exclusive open-air baths for property guests, including the hidden bath 'Kakushi Yu.' Other amenities include private saunas for men and women, a rare hot spring drinking station within the prefecture, free massage machines, a vending machine corner, and a 24-hour coin laundry.

Breakfast is served in a buffet style. As for dinner, the buffet that had been well-received is currently suspended indefinitely due to concerns over the risk of COVID-19 infection. At present, we offer takeout menus exclusively for our staying guests, including local specialty set meals, Koshu Wine Pork Hoto, Koshu Shingen Chicken Curry, Koshu Wine Beef Stew, Koshu Shingen Chicken Kamameshi, Juicy Shrimp Chili Bowl, and Spicy Mapo Tofu Bowl. These meals are handed over at the shop without staff entering your Room, allowing you to enjoy them safely in your Room.
