~Handcrafted Kaga Kaiseki Inheriting Tradition~ We offer a Kaga Kaiseki meal meticulously prepared by our chef, respecting the traditions of Kaga cuisine. Enjoy delicately and elegantly finished dishes that highlight the quality of the ingredients. Especially, the chef's special Hassun is beautifully presented like a painting on a plate.
Exquisite flavors cultivated locally with Kanazawa's seasonal delicacies.
We carefully select the finest seasonal ingredients from Kanazawa, including premium fish Nodoguro, Noto beef, Kano crab, and abalone. Our rice is the highest-grade Koshihikari "Taki no Sei," cultivated with great care in the pure air and clear streams of Satoyama. We highly recommend traditional Kaga dishes such as Jibuni stew, deep-fried crab shell, and fresh sashimi from the Sea of Japan. A variety of local Kanazawa sake is also available for your enjoyment.
