    I truly appreciated the front desk staff member who kindly explained everything during check-in. The same staff member also helped when I bought souvenirs at the shop, rushing over to assist with the checkout—thank you very much. At breakfast, thanks to a staff member who cheerfully explained how to grill the fish, I was able to start the day feeling great.

  • It was very good!

    We may have been upgraded to a Room better than the one we reserved. The building felt a bit old, but we had a very comfortable stay.The elevators were fast, so getting around was smooth. The staff were courteous and helpful, and we were very satisfied.
