Efforts of Suzuyakyoro Against COVID-19 and Requests to Our Guests At our Property, we are taking infection prevention measures in accordance with the "Guidelines for COVID-19 Response in Accommodation Facilities." We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. ■ Requests Before Arrival and During Your Stay - If you experience symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, or fatigue before your arrival, please inform us and refrain from visiting the Property. - If you exhibit the above symptoms upon arrival or during your stay, we may ask you to refrain from staying or modify the services provided (e.g., no meal service, limited interaction with staff, restricted movement/use within the Property) and consult with public health authorities. - We kindly request all guests to wear masks while moving around inside the Property during their stay. ■ Measures Within the Property - All staff undergo health checks and record their condition upon reporting to work, and hand sanitization is strictly enforced. - All staff wear masks or face shields. - Alcohol-based sanitizers are placed in common areas and all Rooms. - Regular cleaning and disinfection of common areas and thorough ventilation are conducted. - Partner companies are requested to wear masks and maintain strict hygiene management. ■ Prevention of the "Three Cs" (Closed spaces, Crowded places, Close-contact settings) - Shuttle Service and bus operations are limited in capacity to avoid crowding. - Acrylic panels are installed at the front desk to prevent droplet transmission. - The large communal bath may require guests to use it at staggered times during busy periods or for large groups. - Elevator usage may be limited to avoid overcrowding. ■ Check-In - Upon arrival, we request hand sanitization, temperature checks, and health screenings. - Guidance to your Room and luggage transportation will be temporarily suspended. - Yukata robes are pre-prepared in your Room, but extra-large sizes are available at the front desk upon request. - Amenities other than towels and toothbrushes (e.g., razors) are available at the front desk. While all items are disinfected, we recommend bringing your own if you have concerns. - For group guests, we ask for a participant list in advance and request only the representative to complete the check-in process on the day. ■ Dining Areas and Banquet Halls - Please cooperate by wearing masks before and after meals. - Meals are served collectively to reduce contact with staff. - Please refrain from pouring drinks for others or sharing cups. - Seating in banquet halls is arranged with as much spacing as possible, and fully private Plans are also available. Suzuyakyoro is located in an Onsen town surrounded by abundant nature. Our Onsen directly sources water from the hot spring, allowing for drinking, which may help boost immunity both externally and internally. Additionally, within a 10-minute walk from the Property, you can enjoy spots like Kakusenkei Gorge and Ayatori Bridge, where you can experience lush greenery and clear flowing waters.
