The front desk staff were very kind, and we were especially well taken care of by the restaurant team. When I asked where the nearest convenience store was so I could buy ice for watching a baseball game outdoors, they told me, “We have some here—please take as much as you need.” They gave us plenty, which was a huge help. We would love to stay again.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 7/13/2026I travel to Kumamoto 3–4 times a year for errands, but perhaps because this Hotel is in such a convenient location, it’s always fully booked and I can’t make a Reservation.This time I was lucky to get a Reservation.It’s close to the Shinkansen station, but the area is quiet, and the Room had a calm atmosphere, which I liked.I’d like to stay here again.
