We stayed at Noboribetsu Manseikaku because we wanted to visit Noboribetsu Marine Park on our first family trip in a while. When we realized we wouldn’t make it in time for check-in and called, the staff responded kindly and politely. The Room was clean, and we were able to relax.Everything at the dinner buffet was delicious, and our 6-year-old son ate even more than usual. The Onsen was a bit too hot for both me and my son, so we didn’t stay in long, but it looked very relaxing for others. Breakfast was also excellent, and we were very satisfied.Above all, everyone on the staff treated us warmly, which made us truly happy. We’ll be back again—thank you very much.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 6/16/2026We booked two Rooms for the whole family. There were four of us, and it was wonderful to have a spacious Room with a private Onsen bath. Above all, the all-you-can-eat and drink service in the exclusive lounge was replenished each time, and we were very satisfied. The meals were also excellent—top-class chefs prepared top-quality ingredients, and everything was delicious. The only downside was that the elevator took quite a while to reach the top floor; it’s a selfish request, but having a dedicated one would be nice.
