    All rooms have been renovated with TVs featuring screen mirroring!

    As of January 10, 2023, all guest rooms are equipped with TVs featuring screen mirroring.

    Each TV supports Chromecast and AirPlay, allowing you to cast content from your smartphone or tablet to the TV and enjoy it on a large screen. The TV screen size has also been upgraded in all rooms for an even better viewing experience.

    Video streaming services are also available. You can watch YouTube and enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, U-NEXT (personal ID and password required), and more in high-quality 4K.

    *Please note: As of the same date, DVD/Blu-ray players are no longer provided in any guest room, and cable TV service has been discontinued. Thank you for your understanding.*

    Concierge service hours are from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
    After 9:00 PM, our night staff will assist you. (Please note that some services are limited after 9:00 PM.)

    ■ Assistance from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
    - Concierge staff will be unavailable; night staff will be on duty.
    - Check-in after 9:00 PM is available. If you arrive after 9:00 PM, please use the intercom at the main entrance to call us, and our night staff will assist you.
    - If you wish to check out between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM, please return your room key to the [KEYDROP] located at the concierge counter.

    ■ For guests arriving late or departing early
    We recommend making a Reservation with Online Credit Card Payment. You may also stop by during concierge hours to complete check-in procedures and leave your luggage (procedures only).
