Just a 2-minute walk from JR/Kintetsu Matsusaka Station (South Exit) and adjacent to Seven-Eleven, this Hotel offers excellent access and is popular for its complimentary breakfast buffet. The breakfast is served in a buffet style with both Japanese and Western options, featuring handmade dishes using local ingredients such as vegetables and meat from Mie Prefecture and dried whitebait from Toshi Island, reminiscent of home-cooked meals. The Hotel also provides facilities such as a coin laundry (located in the vending machine corner on the 8th floor) and a microwave (in the breakfast area on the 1st floor). The breakfast area has about 30 seats, and children under the Child Sharing Existing Bedding policy can enjoy breakfast for free. The famous tourist spot "Ise Jingu," a must-visit destination, is approximately 15 minutes away by Kintetsu Express. Restaurants serving Matsusaka beef and other Matsusaka tourist attractions are also within walking distance. For those interested, we offer a limited number of rental bicycles.
It was conveniently close to the station.I really appreciated being able to enter the Room and relax before check-in time,and I was able to watch Japan’s World Cup match.Breakfast was also delicious.The staff were polite, clear, and helpful.What was disappointing:1) The hair dryer was clogged with dust and felt unhygienic.2) Only terrestrial TV channels were available, and there were not many channels.
It was more than sufficient for a solo trip, and I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.The bathroom is a standard unit type, and there is no Onsen or large public bath. Aside from not being able to watch BS channels or YouTube on the TV, there were no particular issues, and I think it’s a good Hotel. I would like to stay here again next time.

As part of our SDGs initiatives, in response to the Plastic Resource Circulation Promotion Act effective April 1, 2022, we will discontinue placing amenities in guest rooms starting April 1, 2022.
Accordingly, we will be expanding the service corner on the 1st floor.
Until now, guests have picked up items such as hairbrushes, body towels, cotton pads, and cotton swabs from the service corner as needed; from April 1, “toothbrushes” and “razors” will also be provided in the same way.
For stays from April 1 onward, please pick up any items you need from the service corner on the 1st floor.
