    The building itself felt a bit old, but it was well maintained, and the Room was clean. In addition to the bedroom, there was another Room, and the in-room bath included an Onsen bath and a separate shower room, which made it very satisfying.The meals were buffet-style, but the quality was quite high.If you went at the wrong time, there were people waiting in line.The Onsen was also excellent.It’s a Hotel I’d like to visit again.

  • Despite everything, I’d like to visit again.

    At the restaurant, she worked briskly and kept bringing out dishes one after another. I realized she was a female staff member who had been in Hachimantai in July. I remember thinking how hard she worked as she kept serving the remaining dishes on her own, so I was surprised to see her this time at Kawaji Onsen. This wasn’t the Hotel’s fault, but there was an incident in the bath area at night, and there were no female staff on duty then, so it was difficult to know how to handle it. I couldn’t do anything, and afterward I couldn’t sleep thinking about it. When I asked the front desk staff when checking out, it seemed they had handled it properly. It made me realize how demanding Hotel work can be.

Kawaji's Onsen gently envelops the skin, making it highly popular among women who care about beauty. Our Onsen features a simple hot spring (weakly alkaline, hypotonic high-temperature spring) with a silky smooth texture. The alkaline nature of the water reacts with sodium ions to create natural soap that helps remove old keratin and impurities from the skin. Additionally, natural moisturizing metasilicic acid aids collagen production, while calcium ions promote skin turnover and improve ceramide balance. Of course, like all Onsens, its mineral components stimulate the skin and enhance blood circulation in your warmed body to boost metabolism and eliminate waste products. This also improves hormonal balance while creating smooth and radiant skin.
