  • This was my first stay at Route Inn Kumamoto, and it was comfortable.

    I have used Route Inn Hotel many times. It was my first time in Kumamoto, but like other Route Inns, everything from the welcome coffee to the large public bath, eco-cleaning service, and breakfast buffet was of high quality. If you're looking for an affordable Business Hotel, you can't go wrong with the Route Inn Group. Of course, your experience may vary depending on other guests (such as encountering messy users or crowds), but as a hotel itself, it is very satisfying.

  • Affordable

    I stayed for two nights during a business trip to Kumamoto. The location is very convenient as it is close to the station, making shopping and transportation easy. The room was clean, but I occasionally noticed an odor, possibly from the pipes. Breakfast was included for free and served in a buffet style featuring local specialties such as Takana rice and Karashi Renkon, which were delicious. Although there seemed to be many guests, the staff were friendly and greeted me with smiles whenever I passed by the front desk, allowing me to have a pleasant stay.
