  • Overall, it’s good.

    Overall, I am satisfied with the Facility as a place to stay, and the meals are delicious. However, when using it for work, it is inconvenient because the Wi-Fi connection is unreliable when I return to the Hotel and try to work on my PC. A wired connection works for PCs, but it is difficult to use on a smartphone. I hope this will be improved in future upgrades.

  • It was great!

    The Room truly felt like a signature of Route Inn! The front desk staff provided polite and attentive service. However, the night security staff? I believe handing over the room key without verifying the name along with the room number might not be ideal for security reasons. Other than that, I was extremely satisfied! I will definitely stay here again when visiting Nagano!

    Due to revisions to Nagano Prefecture ordinances, for stays on or after Monday, June 1, 2026, the following Accommodation Tax will be charged per person per night in addition to the Accommodation Fee.

    ■ June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2029: JPY 200 per person per night for stays with a pre-tax rate of JPY 6,000 or more
    ■ From June 1, 2029 onward: JPY 300 per person per night for stays with a pre-tax rate of JPY 6,000 or more

    * Even if you have already paid your accommodation charges in advance (e.g., by credit card), you will still need to pay the Accommodation Tax separately at check-in.
    * The Accommodation Tax may be exempted for certain cases that meet specific conditions—such as educational and research activities including school trips, and community club activities associated with the regional expansion of junior high school club activities—by submitting a certificate to the Accommodation.
