A Business Hotel located in Kochi’s downtown area, a 7-minute walk from JR Kochi Station. A convenience store is next door, the Sunday Market is just a 1-minute walk away, and Harimayabashi Bridge, Hirome Market, and Kochi Castle are all within walking distance—an outstanding location. Breakfast is served buffet-style with all-you-can-eat options; the chirimen rice bowl topped generously with fresh locally sourced chirimen jako (whitebait) from Kochi Prefecture is especially popular. We also offer coin-operated laundry facilities, loan umbrellas, rental bicycles, and more to meet a variety of needs during your stay.
Perhaps because it used to be a different Hotel, the Facility itself felt a bit dated. It’s a reasonable distance from the station, but I don’t think it feels inconvenient. This time I went by car, but since the tower parking can’t be used, I used a nearby parking lot; however, they’re only available farther away, which felt a bit inconvenient. I checked in using a machine, but if it’s difficult to operate without staff guidance, it feels like there isn’t much point in automating it...Even taking those points into account, I think it’s an overall good Hotel in terms of cleanliness and service.

My elderly mother was with me, and she was very happy because the Room was clean and the TV was large, so she could stay very comfortably. The staff’s service was excellent as well. Thank you very much. I will stay again.
