■Our COVID-19 Prevention Measures Thank you very much for your continued patronage. To help prevent infection and the spread of COVID-19, our Accommodation is implementing the following measures. [For Guests Visiting Our Accommodation] - Please sanitize your hands with alcohol disinfectant upon entry. - Please take your temperature in advance on the day of your stay. *If you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, fatigue, or other symptoms, we may refuse accommodation. - If you develop symptoms such as fever or cough during your stay, or if you feel unwell, please notify the front desk immediately. - Please sanitize your hands with alcohol disinfectant when entering dining venues (restaurant/banquet hall). [Check-in/Check-out and Front Counter] - Vinyl curtains have been installed at the check-in counter to prevent droplet transmission. - Markers are placed in waiting areas during check-in/check-out to ensure adequate spacing (social distancing). - Payments and receipts will be handled on a tray. - The check-in counter is regularly wiped down and cleaned using alcohol disinfectant. [Staff] - All employees take their temperature daily before coming to work; anyone with a temperature of 37.0°C or higher is not permitted to work. - Front desk staff and dining venue staff wear masks while preparing and when assisting guests. - Staff wear vinyl gloves when preparing meals. They may also wear them when serving meals to guests. Thank you for your understanding. - Employees thoroughly practice handwashing and gargling when arriving at work, after going out, before meals, between guest interactions, etc. - Alcohol disinfectant is provided at the staff entrance; employees must sanitize their hands whenever entering/leaving (including after going out). - Employees are instructed to refrain from non-essential outings both during and outside working hours. - Employees monitor their family members’ health; if someone in their household feels unwell, the employee will not be permitted to work. [Dining Venues / Meal Service] - Meals are served either in-room, in a private dining room, or in a shared dining venue. For group use only, meals will be prepared at a designated dining area specified by our Accommodation. - All staff thoroughly sanitize with alcohol disinfectant when providing meal service. - In addition to ventilation via air-conditioning systems, windows are opened regularly for ventilation. [Large Public Bath Measures] - When using the large public bath area, we ask for your cooperation in rinsing contact surfaces with hot water after use (faucet knobs/shower handles/wash basins/chairs/amenity bottles). [Public Space Measures] - Disinfection is carried out focusing on frequently touched areas such as switches and knobs in shared guest spaces (lobby/restrooms/dining venues/large public bath/shop/vending machines). [Cleaning Within the Building] -We disinfect various areas within the building using alcohol-based disinfectants. -Ventilation is carried out during Room cleaning.
