To comply with Japan’s Invoice System, we can issue only one Receipt per payment/transaction (settlement).
We are unable to issue split Receipts for the Accommodation Fee for one Room per night, or Receipts for only a partial amount of the Accommodation Fee.

Exterior wall construction will be carried out on the adjacent building during the period below.
*During work, there may be noise and dust, splashing of cleaning water, and paint odors.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

When opening windows, please be aware of paint odors and possible splashing/debris.

[Notice of Lighting Facility (LED) Replacement Work]
To help protect the environment and improve our indoor environment, we will carry out LED replacement work for lighting facilities during the schedule below.
- Some noise may occur during the work.
- When work is performed inside guest rooms, staff will need to enter each Room for approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- For guests on a Multiple Night Stay who wish to remain in their Room during the above working hours,
please inform the front desk. (We may not be able to accommodate all requests.)
