Conveniently located near Tokyo Station with easy access to Shinjuku—an ideal location. It’s also within walking distance from the nearest station, and the restaurants around the station were all excellent. The table was a bit sticky, but the Room felt relatively new and clean. Outside is a quiet residential area, so it was peaceful at night and easy to sleep. The air conditioning worked well too. There was a ring-toss event for children, and the staff were very helpful—our kids loved it as well. We’d like to stay again.

I stayed here yesterday, and the front desk staff were wonderful.We had an unexpected issue on our side, but they listened carefully and handled everything with kindness and professionalism.We are truly grateful.We interacted with three front desk staff members, and every one of them was great.The Room was clean and spacious, with plenty of counters and tables, which made it very convenient.I would definitely like to stay here again.
