Atsugi Urban Hotel

Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. I’m truly grateful to the front desk staff and everyone who provided service. The morning buffet is especially recommended. The dining area was very quiet, so I could enjoy my meal while having a relaxed conversation. The room layout was also good. One concern was the damp smell from the shower curtain in the bathroom—it was quite noticeable. Also, the step stool was slippery and felt unsafe; it might be better to add a non-slip mat or some other measure. In addition, it felt chilly, so I raised the temperature setting to 32°C, but only cool air like a fan came out (maybe centrally controlled?), so I slept with towels over me. Still, overall, this is a recommended Hotel in this area considering the location, service, and value for money.

We were on a long drive from the Tohoku region by car to help our child move. We couldn’t book a twin, so my spouse and I stayed in a semi-double Room. The exterior looked old, but the Room was clean and comfortable. Also, the bed and pillows were Airweave! The next morning my body felt great—I was impressed with Airweave for the first time.The parking lot in front was full, but it was a multi-story parking garage about a 4-minute walk away, so it wasn’t a problem.However, when I went to warm up a bento in the microwave on the 3rd floor where the vending machines and laundry are, I noticed how old it felt and was bothered by dust on the ventilation fan.Still, overall we were satisfied. We would stay again if we have another opportunity.
