At our pride, the Ishi-no-Yu Onsen, you can enjoy bathing while admiring the seasonal beauty of nature: green trees in summer, vibrant autumn leaves in fall, and snowy landscapes in winter.
We were welcomed with the staff’s bright smiles at check-in.The Room was spacious and clean.As always, no matter where we met them, the staff greeted us with a smile, and the team at the dinner venue did as well.Their smiles are truly warm hospitality.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 8/27/2026I stayed on a weekday with a one-night, two-meal plan.Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style with a wide variety of dishes, and I was very satisfied to be able to enjoy many Japanese and Western options.The sushi at dinner was especially great—when you order, it’s prepared right in front of you, so I could enjoy it freshly made. My personal favorite was the butter-grilled shiitake mushrooms: thick, fragrant, and so delicious that I went back for more than once.Breakfast and dinner were served in the same dining area, which has an open, glass-walled design. It was wonderful to dine while looking out over the ski slopes right in front of us.Since this visit was in September, the slopes were covered in grass. Eating while enjoying the greenery felt very refreshing, and I could experience a highland resort atmosphere that’s different from ski season.The food was excellent, and I had a relaxing stay—overall a very satisfying one night. I’d love to return again in another season.
