A prime location just a 1-minute walk from JR Asagaya Station. Only 9 minutes to Shinjuku Station and 22 minutes to Tokyo Station by JR, making it ideal for business and sightseeing in Tokyo. Approximately 1 hour from Haneda Airport, offering excellent access from the airport. Being close to the station, you can reach the Property without getting wet by using the covered walkway inside the station building. Within walking distance, there are two convenience stores, a supermarket, a drugstore, and plenty of dining options, including traditional izakayas unique to the downtown area. Additionally, wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) is available in all rooms. All rooms are equipped with a bath, toilet, shower, air conditioning, TV, satellite broadcasting, and refrigerator. The Property also features vending machines, a coin laundry, and a microwave. Items such as trouser presses and irons are available for rent.

  • Very comfortable

    It was very clean and comfortable. Part of the Room wallpaper was designed in the Hotel’s signature yellow, and monochrome photos were displayed, creating a very stylish atmosphere.The unit bath was also spacious.It is almost directly connected to the station, and the location was excellent.I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

  • I stayed here due to...

    I stayed here due to a sudden family bereavement. The Hotel was close to the station and easy to find. Despite my late arrival, the staff were very courteous, and the Room was spacious enough for an overnight stay and well cleaned. What surprised me most was how quiet the Room was. Even though the tracks are right in front of it, thanks to the double windows I could relax without being bothered by train noise. The next day I couldn’t take my luggage with me to the funeral hall, so I asked at the front desk and they immediately said, “We can store it for you.” Even after checkout, they also kindly allowed me to change into my own clothes, which was a huge help. I’m glad I made a Reservation at this Hotel. Thank you for your help.

Approximately 20 minutes (about 7.4km) from Shuto Expressway No.4 Shinjuku Route "Eifuku IC".
Turn left from Kan-nana Street (Tokyo Route 318) onto Koenji/Aome Kaido Street (Tokyo Route 4).
Proceed about 1.8km, turn right at the signal "Suginami Ward Office", and go straight on Nakasugi Street.
Turn left at the signal before the elevated tracks of JR Asagaya Station (passing through the bus rotary).

■ From Narita Airport: Approximately 110 minutes by train
Take JR Narita Express → Transfer at “Shinjuku Station” → Get off at JR Chuo Line/JR Sobu Line “Asagaya Station”.

- National Stadium: About 25 minutes via JR Sobu Line, get off at Sendagaya station.
- Yoyogi National Gymnasium: About 30 minutes via transfer from Shinjuku station on Yamanote line, get off Harajuku station.
- Tokyo Dome: About 30 minutes via JR Sobu line, get off Suidobashi station.
- Nippon Budokan: About 35 minutes via direct connection between JR Sobu line and Tokyo Metro Tozai line, get off Kudanshita station.
