Joetsu Sun Plaza Hotel

I stayed for one night.I chose this hotel because I was looking for a business hotel with free parking and a large public bath.My Room was a non-smoking single, and the size was fine. The amenities were well stocked, with a toothbrush, towels, and a yukata provided in the Room.In the women’s bath area, there were cotton pads, cotton swabs, a brush, toner, and lotion. There were hair dryers both in the bath area and in the Room.Whether it was the water or the shampoo, my hair felt very smooth. The water temperature was just right, so I could relax. The bath was available from 6:00 in the morning. There is an amenity buffet near the elevators where you can pick up extra items if needed.I also received a QUO card and was able to stay on a very good-value Plan.The staff were also very pleasant and helpful.

I stayed here on my way back from a trip around Tohoku. The Hotel itself is old, but it was well cleaned and perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. I booked a Plan with dinner included and had a set meal with sashimi; the portions were generous, and the tempura in particular was delicious. If I lived nearby, I would come just for the meal.
