We deliver the beauty, deliciousness, and joy of food to our customers. Enjoy a Kaiseki meal designed for locals, featuring fresh seafood directly sourced from Tsukiji, seasonal local ingredients, and the unique delicacies of Shinshu.

A historic hot spring cherished by the successive lords of Matsumoto Castle.
The soft natural Onsen gently envelops the skin, providing relaxation for both body and mind. The open-air bath designed by Mr. Eitaro Kurahashi offers views of the Northern Alps on clear days and the illuminated nightscape of Matsumoto at night.

A relaxing space beyond the cobblestone path.
All 10 guest rooms are Japanese-style. They are designed to capture views of the Japanese garden and Matsumoto cityscape through the windows, offering a framed view of nature when the shoji screens are opened. The interior of the building, constructed in the traditional sukiya-zukuri style, provides a serene Japanese atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the seasonal scenery through the windows, which soothes the soul. The incorporation of flowing water, a waterfall, and a bridge within the premises creates a harmonious space with abundant nature. The guest rooms, located beyond stone-paved corridors, offer tranquility and charm, providing an extraordinary and relaxing experience.
