The large public bath is very relaxing and helps relieve fatigue.Whenever I visit, it eases my work-related tiredness as well,so I can stay with peace of mind.

The front desk service was also very attentive—everything was perfect and we were completely satisfied! At dinner, when we weren’t sure how to pour our drinks, a staff member kindly, carefully, and cheerfully showed us how. Another guest who was celebrating their birthday that day even shared some cake with us (it happened to be my husband’s birthday as well), and the staff also congratulated us—we were truly touched! We can’t believe we could stay in Hakone at this price... Our next Hakone trip will definitely be here!!
