  • The front desk staff were very helpful.

    We stayed during Golden Week.All the front desk staff were kind and courteous.It was great that we could borrow Ichikami and LUX shampoo and conditioner.It was difficult to adjust the shower temperature.We chose the Japanese breakfast, but the pickled ginger flavor had soaked into the teriyaki chicken, so my son, who doesn’t handle spicy food well, couldn’t eat it.Everything else was delicious.I thought it would be nice if there were a stirrer or spoon in the Room.One thing that concerned me: while waiting for the elevator at checkout, a housekeeping staff member was chatting with another housekeeping staff member right next to us, saying things like “I’m on XX today—huh? XX is missing.”I think it would be better to refrain from that in front of guests.It made me feel like I had seen behind-the-scenes operations.Overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

  • Conveniently located near the station

    The staff were very friendly, and the accommodation was clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. The Japanese-style set breakfast was especially delicious.
