    I stayed here on a snowboarding trip without expecting much, but the Room was clean and spacious, the hallways were warm, and the bath was a sulfur Onsen. I was very satisfied—well worth the price. I would like to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

  • All staff are friendly and helpful.

    We stayed with our dog! The trailer house was well-equipped with pet care items, had no odor, and was very clean! It even had underfloor heating, and the Room's bathroom featured a heated bath area and a jet bath, making our stay extremely comfortable. However, due to heavy snowfall caused by a cold wave, many roads were blocked or closed. While relying on navigation to reach the Hotel, we were directed to an unplowed steep uphill road. Unfortunately, our 2WD car with snow tires couldn't make it up and got stuck about 2km away from the Hotel. Even in this situation, the Hotel staff kindly came to pick us up by car from where we were stuck. Our car was later transported to the Hotel by tow truck. On our way back home, despite their busy schedule, the staff patiently guided us through safer routes without any hesitation or complaints.The meals were buffet-style for both breakfast and dinner with a wide variety of options that we thoroughly enjoyed.Although there were some troubles due to sudden heavy snowfall during our trip, it turned out to be an incredibly satisfying experience overall. We are deeply grateful for the exceptional service provided by all the staff members!
