【About Receipts】
Receipts can only be issued at the hotel for on-site payments.
For online credit card payments, please print the receipt from the reservation site yourself.
Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for unnamed receipts, "To Whom It May Concern," or changes to the amount.

【Luggage Storage】
We can store your luggage starting from the morning of your check-in date.
After check-out, luggage storage is available only until the end of that day.
We may not be able to store certain items depending on their quantity or content.
Valuables, fragile items, and refrigerated goods cannot be stored.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to stored luggage.

【Receiving Parcels】
Parcels can be received from your check-in date through your stay period.
When sending parcels, please include the full name (in Katakana) of the guest and accommodation dates clearly on them.
We cannot accept valuables, frozen/refrigerated items, or parcels sent with cash-on-delivery payment options.
