Measures Against COVID-19
Dear Customers,
Thank you very much for using the Tokyo West Hotel Group.
In response to government requests related to COVID-19, our hotel is taking the following measures to ensure the health and safety of our guests and hotel staff.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
[Special Sanitation Measures Within the Hotel]
■ We have strengthened disinfection and sterilization measures within the hotel.
■ Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are placed at the front desk, and we ask guests using each facility to cooperate in hand disinfection.
[Efforts by Hotel Staff]
■ Hotel staff are generally required to wear masks while on duty.
■ We are promoting hand washing and gargling, and are making efforts to manage our health.
[Measures for Guest Health Management]
We ask the following guests to agree to special health management and cleaning measures before using our services.
■ Targeted Guests
・Guests who are not feeling well (such as those with fever or cough symptoms)
・Guests returning from overseas or visiting Japan
■ Requests
・If you have symptoms such as a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, cough, shortness of breath, headache, or fatigue, please report to the front desk.
Additionally, if such symptoms occur, we will introduce you to institutions designated by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (such as health centers or returnee/contact consultation centers).
・Please measure your body temperature daily.
・Please refrain from leaving your room except in unavoidable circumstances.
If you must leave your room, please wear a mask.
・If you are staying for a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights or more), room cleaning will be withheld.
We will provide linens and amenities related to hygiene, so please cooperate in exchanging them yourself.
