Measures to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19
Dear Guests,
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of the Tokyo West Hotel Group.
In response to government requests related to COVID-19, our Hotel has implemented the following measures to protect the health and safety of our guests and staff.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
[Special Hygiene Measures Within the Hotel]
■ We have strengthened disinfection and sanitization measures throughout the Hotel.
■ Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available at the front desk, and we ask all guests using each Facility to sanitize their hands.
[Measures Taken by Hotel Staff]
■ In principle, Hotel staff wear masks while on duty.
■ Staff practice thorough handwashing and gargling and carefully monitor their health condition.
[Support for Guest Health Management]
The following guests are asked to stay with us only after agreeing to special health management and cleaning procedures.
■ Applicable Guests
・Guests who are not feeling well (such as symptoms including fever or cough)
・Guests returning from overseas or visiting Japan from abroad
■ Requests
・If you have symptoms such as a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cough, shortness of breath, headache, or fatigue, please inform the front desk.
If such symptoms occur, we can introduce you to institutions designated by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (public health centers, returnee/contact consultation centers, etc.).
・Please take your temperature every day.
・Unless unavoidable, please refrain from leaving your guest room.
If you must leave your room unavoidably, please wear a mask.
・For a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights or more), we will refrain from cleaning your guest room.
We will provide hygiene-related linens and amenities; please assist us by replacing them yourself.
