In response to government requests related to COVID-19, we have implemented the following measures to ensure the health and safety of our guests and hotel staff.

【Special Sanitation Measures】
■ We have enhanced disinfection and sterilization efforts throughout the hotel.
■ Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are available at the front desk, and we request all guests using our facilities to sanitize their hands and wear masks.
【Hotel Staff Initiatives】
■ Our staff members are required to wear masks while on duty.
■ They practice regular handwashing, gargling, and monitor their health conditions diligently.
【Guest Health Management Measures】
We kindly ask guests who meet the following criteria to agree with special health management measures:
■ Applicable Guests:
・Guests feeling unwell (e.g., fever or cough symptoms)
・Guests returning from overseas or visiting Japan
■ Requests:
・If you experience a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cough, shortness of breath, headache, fatigue, etc., please inform the front desk immediately. We will provide information about designated institutions (such as public health centers or consultation centers for returnees/contacts).
・Please measure your body temperature daily.
・Refrain from leaving your room unless absolutely necessary; if you must leave your room, please wear a mask at all times.
・For Multiple Night Stays (2 nights or more), room cleaning services will be suspended during your stay. Clean linens and amenities will be provided for self-replacement in consideration of hygiene standards.
