Measures to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19 1. Before traveling, please check your health condition, including taking your temperature. If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask you to cancel your trip. 2. Our staff are required to wash and sanitize their hands, wear masks or face shields, and undergo health checks. Additionally, acrylic panels have been installed at the front desk to prevent droplet transmission. 3. Upon arrival, we conduct temperature checks, require the completion of a health questionnaire, and verify identification (ID verification). (If you exhibit symptoms such as a fever during the temperature check, we kindly ask you to follow the instructions of the health authorities and seek medical attention.) 4. We request that guests wear masks in shared spaces within the facility. 5. Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are available at several locations within the facility for guests to use. Please sanitize your hands as needed. (Hand soap is also provided in guest rooms, so we encourage you to wash your hands frequently.) 6. Shared areas (such as restrooms, elevator buttons, chairs, and tables) are regularly disinfected with sanitizing solutions and ventilated as needed. 7. Breakfast is self-service, and individual tongs for bread are provided for each guest. 8. The number of guests allowed in the public bath is limited, so you may need to wait during busy times. 9. The spacing between tables in the breakfast area has been increased compared to before. As the number of tables is limited, you may need to wait to be seated during busy times.
