Sun Side Hotel Kobe Sannomiya

It was very convenient, as the Hotel is close to the station and there are many convenience stores, drugstores, and restaurants along the way from the station to the Hotel. There were no non-smoking Rooms available, so we stayed in a smoking Room, but we did not notice any unpleasant odor. The Hotel itself did not seem to be a new building, but the Room was clean and amenities such as the TV were new and in great condition, so we had a comfortable stay. The staff were kind and very helpful. We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Kobe. Thank you for your hospitality.

I stayed for one night in a single Room. The front desk staff were very courteous both on the phone and in person. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to switch to a non-smoking Room, but they deodorized it in advance and even lent me a deodorizing spray, which was truly thoughtful and heartwarming. The Room didn’t feel cramped at all, and I was able to relax comfortably. It was great that I could watch YouTube. The wallpaper also felt new and clean, so I think it may have been renovated. I would have been happier if the shower water pressure had been a bit stronger. Since the rate was very affordable, I really appreciate it. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.
