Located on a hill in Utoro and right next to Yuhidai Observatory, this Accommodation offers a front-row seat to breathtaking sunsets sinking into the vast sea of Hokkaido. Opened in 2008, this Facility is a historic building renovated from the Shiretoko Youth Hostel, where you can truly experience the tranquility and beauty of Shiretoko. In the lounge on the lobby floor, you can read books about Shiretoko while exchanging travel tips with other guests. In the public kitchen, you can cook with fresh local ingredients and share memories from your trip.

From the large communal bath, a simple and relaxing space, you can look down on Utoro Port through the large windows.
YUUMI SAUNA, opening in June 2024, offers a sauna experience with stunning sunset views. It features a rustic design made from solid hinoki logs and a HARVIA stove. SAAMI SAUNA showcases a modern design inspired by traditional Sámi patterns and crafted with red cedar wood. Enjoy a relaxing sweat with an EOS stove.
