My spouse and I visited on a weekday. Hotel Green Green has been well-known for years, and after turning 65 we decided to make a Reservation and visit again after a long time. We were guided at reception by foreign staff. Most of the staff were foreign, which felt different from the past, but they were cheerful and explained everything clearly. Dinner was a buffet, and we enjoyed crab and beef tongue—my husband went back for more several times and ate happily. I was able to try many dishes as well. Breakfast was also a buffet, and I especially enjoyed the morning menu. I like zunda mochi and somen noodles; they were light and delicious. Above all, the staff greeted us with “Good morning” with warm smiles, and we both smiled, saying how pleasant the foreign staff were too. The Room had a nostalgic retro feel that helped us relax. When we left, after payment we were thanked with a smile, which made me happy. It’s a Hotel I had wanted to visit for many years, so I was very satisfied—great value for money and a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you very much.
I had used this Accommodation before on a day trip long ago, and stayed this time with a nostalgic feeling. It had exactly the atmosphere you’d expect from “Showa retro.” I thought it could be even more fun if it leaned into the retro vibe in a more playful way. The meals were all-you-can-eat crab and beef tongue. The crab portions felt a bit small and were slightly difficult to eat. Still, I was completely full and very satisfied. The Room had a step up to the toilet, which made me worry when my elderly parent used it. Before I knew it, the shop had turned into a convenience store, and I would have liked to enjoy more souvenirs. The bath featured artwork by a pointillist artist and was fantastic with an almost dreamlike feel—though I was scared because it felt like a bear might appear. There were many foreign staff members. I’ve mentioned various things, but overall I felt like I want to go again.
