    Although we arrived much earlier than the scheduled check-in time, they allowed us to leave our car in the parking lot.The Room was spacious and very clean, so we had a comfortable stay.Breakfast the next morning offered a wide variety of side dishes. In particular, there were two different brands of rice available, and we were able to enjoy Niigata rice.A few minor disappointments for me were that there was no explanation about the Room at check-in (they kindly explained when I asked), the toilet washlet was not usable, and the shower water pressure was a bit weak.

  • A quiet, relaxing atmosphere

    This was my first time staying here for a training seminar. The Room was quiet, so I could rest and relax comfortably. There were two pillows, two towel sets, and all the amenities I needed. It made my trip to Niigata very fulfilling. This stay reminded me how important a Hotel is, and my satisfaction level went up.Breakfast was delicious—the grilled fish and rice were especially good, and the vegetables were fresh with a great texture. Thank you very much.I will visit Niigata again, so I look forward to staying with you next time.
