1. Hand sanitizer stations
Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance, front desk, lobby, and restrooms in shared areas.
We kindly ask all guests to sanitize their hands throughout the Accommodation.
2. Cleaning and disinfection
In addition to regular cleaning, we disinfect with alcohol all frequently touched surfaces in each Room, including doorknobs, room keys, remote controls, handrails, hangers, faucets, floor chairs (zaisu), windows, and more.
3. Meal service
All meal courses are currently served as a full kaiseki set meal (individual servings). When preparing dining tables and seats, we also disinfect them with alcohol. We ensure ample spacing between seats in the dining area and provide tea and water at each table.
Depending on the number of guests staying with us, meals may be served in your Room.
Alcohol-based sanitizer and disposable gloves are also available in the dining area—please feel free to use them.
4. Staff hygiene and health management
Our staff sanitize upon arrival at work, wash hands frequently throughout the day, and check body temperature before starting work while closely monitoring their health condition.
To help prevent infection between guests and staff members alike، our staff will serve you while wearing masks.
5. If you feel unwell
If you have symptoms such as fever or cough or otherwise feel unwell، please inform our staff immediately. We may take your temperature or ask about your health condition depending on the situation.

6. Reduced operations
