To ensure that our guests can enjoy their stay with peace of mind, we would like to introduce our efforts towards "safety and security" at our facility. 1. Installation of Disinfectant Alcohol Entrance, front desk, restaurant (entrance and each table), public restrooms, kids' corner, gift shop, café, in front of elevators, inside elevators, and in front of the bath area. 2. Cleaning Measures ・Thorough cleaning throughout the facility Adequate ventilation: We regularly bring in the fresh air from the beech forest. Meal Service Meals are usually provided in a buffet style, but depending on the Reservation status, we may serve set menu-style meals (based on Japanese set meals). *Set menus consist of approximately 12 dishes. ・Tongs are replaced every 30 minutes, and the buffet line is disinfected every 30 minutes. ・We minimize the use of large serving dishes and provide individual portions on small plates, covered with lids or wraps. ・Disinfectant alcohol and embossed gloves are provided at each guest's table, and guests are encouraged to use them when taking food. ・Staff members are stationed at the buffet line to serve food to guests. ・Staff wear embossed gloves when serving beverages. ・Seating arrangements are made with ample space, including expanded seat spacing and partitions. ・We may ask for your cooperation in limiting the number of guests during the same time slot. 4. Staff Hygiene and Health Management Before starting work, staff undergo health and temperature checks and wear masks. They also frequently wash their hands, disinfect, and gargle. Staff with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher will not work. 5. Reporting If You Feel Unwell If you experience symptoms such as fever or cough, please inform our staff. We ask for your cooperation in wearing masks in public spaces within the facility. Depending on the situation, we may inquire about your temperature and health condition. Thank you for your understanding in advance. 6. Reduction of Operations Currently, we are operating as usual. However, depending on future circumstances, we may temporarily close, shorten business hours, or suspend operations. In such cases, we will notify you in advance via our website or other means.
