I stayed at this Hotel the other day.After checking in, I went into the Room, checked the Facility, took a shower, and rested a bit before going out. However, even though I had the air conditioning on, the Room didn’t cool down at all—even after 35 minutes—and I just kept sweating.I concluded that the air conditioner wasn’t working. Although I didn’t really want to complain (I didn’t want to be seen as a troublemaker or overly demanding), I decided to call the front desk.I told them, “The air conditioner isn’t working and it’s hot, so please change my Room. Could you come and check it first?”Within just a few minutes, a female staff member came up, checked the temperature in the Room, and proceeded with changing my Room.In the new Room, the air conditioning worked better than in the first one and it was starting to cool down (since this is an older building, it wasn’t as sharply cold as a convenience store).The staff member was thoughtful enough to bring me a circulator fan as well. She apologized repeatedly and handled everything quickly and politely.After that, with both the air conditioner and fan running together, I was able to stay comfortable in the Room.Also, the bed sheets were clean; all other staff were courteous; the bath was large enough to stretch out; and both check-in and check-out at reception were fully automated—everything was perfect.However, due to the air-conditioning issue in my first Room, I’m giving only one star for facilities.I would like to stay at this Hotel again.
