COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines at Miyuki Hamabaru Resort ・Staff Health Management → All staff members are required to record their temperature and check their health condition before starting work. Handwashing and disinfection are strictly enforced during travel. → If a staff member (including family members) shows signs of illness, they will be prohibited from coming to work until safety is confirmed. → All staff on duty are required to wear masks. ・Public Spaces in the Property → Alcohol-based sanitizers are installed at the entrances of the Property, front desk, lobby area, shared restrooms, dining venues, large baths, multipurpose hall entrances, and elevator halls. → The use of hand dryers throughout the Property is suspended. ・Guest Room Cleaning → Cleaning staff are required to wear masks and rubber gloves during room cleaning. Ventilation is thoroughly conducted. → After cleaning, alcohol disinfection is thoroughly applied to items such as TVs, desks, chairs, TV remotes, air conditioner control panels, toilet seats, toilet control panels, doorknobs, etc. ・Restaurants and Banquet Halls → To avoid overcrowding, seating arrangements are made with sufficient spacing, and social distancing is implemented. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. → Regular ventilation is conducted in dining venues. → Disposable gloves are available upon request. ・Front Desk Measures → All guests staying at the Property are required to wear masks, undergo temperature checks, and complete a simple health questionnaire. We kindly ask for your cooperation in filling out and submitting the form. → Guests with a fever exceeding 37.5°C, or symptoms such as coughing or headaches, will be asked to refrain from staying. → Protective measures are implemented at the front desk, cash registers, and other areas where staff interact with guests to prevent droplet transmission. → During check-in, guests on a Multiple Night Stay will be asked about their preferences for room cleaning during their stay (amenities and towel replacement only are available). → Coin trays will be used for cash transactions. → After assisting guests, the front desk counter, pens, room keys, and other items will be disinfected. 〇 In areas where social distancing cannot be maintained, such as elevators, large baths, and pools, entry restrictions may be implemented.
