COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines at Hotel Miyuki Beach • Staff health management → All staff record their temperature before starting work and confirm their temperature and overall health condition. Thorough handwashing and disinfection are required when traveling to/from work. → If any staff member (including family members) feels unwell, they will be required to stay home until safety is confirmed. → All on-duty staff are required to wear masks. • Public areas inside the Hotel → Alcohol-based disinfectant is provided at the building entrances/exits, front desk, lobby area, entrances to shared restrooms, entrances/exits of dining venues, entrance to the large public bath, entrance to the multipurpose hall, and elevator lobbies. → Hand dryers throughout the Hotel will be out of service. • Guest room cleaning → Cleaning staff are required to wear masks and rubber gloves during room cleaning. Rooms will be thoroughly ventilated. → After cleaning, rooms will be thoroughly disinfected with alcohol-based sanitizer, including TVs, desks, chairs, TV remote controls, air conditioner control panels, toilet seats and flush controls in restrooms, doorknobs, etc. • Restaurant / banquet halls → To avoid crowded conditions at dining venues (closed spaces/crowds/close contact), seating will be arranged with ample spacing and social distancing measures in place. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. → Dining venues will be ventilated regularly. → Disposable gloves are available upon request. • Front desk procedures → All guests staying overnight are asked to wear a mask; undergo a temperature check; and complete a brief health questionnaire for submission. → Guests with a fever over 37.5°C or symptoms such as coughing or headache may be asked to refrain from staying overnight at our Accommodation. → We will implement thorough droplet prevention measures at all face-to-face areas such as the front counter and cashier area. → At check-in, guests on a Multiple Night Stay will be asked whether they would like room cleaning during their stay (amenities replenishment and towel exchange only). → A coin tray will be used for cash transactions at payment. → After assisting each guest we disinfect the front counter area items such as pens room keys etc. ○ Entry restrictions may apply in areas where social distancing cannot be maintained such as elevators large public bath pool etc. We remain committed to implementing these measures thoroughly as part of our infection prevention efforts.
