    Both check-in and check-out were smooth, which was very helpful. The meals were also very delicious, and we were very satisfied.Since we stayed on a hot summer day, if I had to ask for one thing: There are various baths, so it might be nice if one of them were a lukewarm tub. It’s a Facility you can fully enjoy.

  • Four of us stayed to...

    Four of us stayed together as friends.One friend wasn’t feeling well, so we requested a Room near the elevator—thank you for accommodating us.Since it became Ooedo, we expected a welcome drink service, but there wasn’t one, which was disappointing.The Room was a Japanese-Western style and although it was old, it was spacious and had a balcony, which was nice.However, the sink was stained and the water pressure was weak.The bath area had tatami flooring and the open-air bath surrounded by trees was great, but it’s a bit far.We were satisfied with both dinner and breakfast.There were many kinds of desserts and fruit, and the freshly baked apple pie at breakfast was delicious.We would like to stay again.
