  • This was my second stay since upgrading to Premium.

    I would give all 5-star ratings.First of all, I was happy that the front desk staff remembered my previous stay.All the other staff also greeted me even when we just passed by, and I could choose what I liked for meals—everything was delicious. Just like last time, I was very satisfied!

  • Very satisfied

    We visited at the end of July with two adults and two teenage children.The all-you-can-drink service in the Premium Lounge was truly appreciated. After traveling in the heat, the beer really hit the spot. During our stay, we made use of the all-you-can-drink alcohol service many times.The Onsen indoor bath felt around 41–42°C and was quite hot. The open-air bath was around 38°C, so we relaxed there for a long soak.Meals were buffet-style, so we could eat as much as we liked. I enjoyed the steamed dishes, and my kids said the steak was delicious. My wife had soft-serve ice cream about three times.The French toast at breakfast is also recommended.All staff were very courteous and attentive.The Hotel was kept very clean throughout, and it’s a place we’d like to visit again.
