  • Family trip with my elderly mother

    The Shuttle Service driver was very kind and welcomed us with a smile, and also saw us off when we left, which felt very pleasant.We were able to relax and enjoy the entire Accommodation, the Onsen, and the meals, and we were satisfied overall.However, one of the highlights is probably the lounge, but the beer in the lounge server had run out, and even after we informed staff it wasn’t replenished promptly, which was disappointing.Other guests seemed disappointed as well.Since many guests use it during busy check-in times—and I think many people come specifically for the lounge—I would like to see some improvements from the Accommodation side, such as having one staff member stationed there during that time slot only, or if staffing is difficult, providing canned beer just for those hours.
