I stayed on Sunday night, and it was a quiet Hotel that didn’t feel like it was right in the middle of Ueno, so I was able to relax.The Room was spacious and clean, with thorough housekeeping, and the Hotel felt very well maintained.I would like to stay here again when I visit Ueno.

The entrance has a few steps, so if you have a suitcase, please check the photos in advance. The age of the Hotel shows in things like the unit bath, but it is cleaned, and the amenities are minimal but sufficient. The walls may be thin, as you can hear quite a bit of noise from neighboring rooms. More than anything else, what was best was the front desk and phone support. They responded politely, so I had a comfortable stay. I accidentally got my bath towel wet before using it, and when I called they came to replace it right away. Thank you very much.
