Safety Measures Against COVID-19 To ensure the safety and peace of mind of our guests and employees, our Property is implementing the following measures. We sincerely appreciate your continued patronage. We understand the concerns and challenges caused by the spread of COVID-19 and are committed to prioritizing the health and safety of our guests and employees. To provide a safe and comfortable experience, we have implemented the following measures. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation, even if it may cause some inconvenience. 【For Guests Visiting the Property】 - Please sanitize your hands with alcohol-based sanitizer upon entering the Property. - We kindly ask you to check your temperature on the day of your stay. * If you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, fatigue, or other symptoms, we may refuse your stay. - If you experience fever, coughing, or feel unwell during your stay, please inform the front desk immediately. - Please sanitize your hands with alcohol-based sanitizer when entering dining areas (restaurants, banquet halls). 【Check-In, Check-Out, and Front Desk Counter】 - Employees at the check-in counter will wear gloves and replace them regularly. - The check-in counter and items such as pens are regularly cleaned and disinfected with alcohol-based sanitizer. - Payments will be handled using a tray for exchange. - If lines form for dining guidance, check-in, or check-out, we kindly ask guests to maintain a distance of at least 2 meters from each other. 【For Staff】 - All employees measure their temperature before reporting to work, and those with a fever of 37°C or higher are prohibited from working. - Employees are required to wear masks at all times during work. - Alcohol-based sanitizer is placed at the staff entrance, and employees are required to sanitize their hands when entering or exiting the Property. 【Dining Areas and Meal Service】 - All staff are required to sanitize their hands with alcohol-based sanitizer when serving meals. - Some dining areas may have specific infection prevention rules. If cooperation is not provided, meal service may not be possible. 【Measures in the Public Bath】 - Guests are kindly requested to rinse areas such as faucet knobs, shower handles, wash basins, chairs, and amenity bottles with hot water after use. 【Measures in Public Spaces】 - To improve ventilation, entrances and nearby windows are regularly opened. - Shared spaces (lobby, restrooms, dining areas, public baths, shops, vending machines, etc.) are regularly disinfected, focusing on frequently touched surfaces such as switches and doorknobs. 【Cleaning Within the Property】 - Areas throughout the Property (doorknobs, handrails, elevator buttons, etc.) are disinfected with alcohol-based sanitizers. If guests are unable to comply with the above measures, we may refuse the use of the Property and its Facilities.
