1-2 minutes walk from Exit 2 of Nakajima Koen Station on the Namboku Subway Line. Susukino and Odori are also within walking distance! Our Hotel is located about a 2-minute walk from Nakajima Park. Additionally, it is about a 1-minute walk from Nakajima Koen Station, a 1-minute walk to Zepp Sapporo (behind the Hotel), and there is also a bus stop for Chitose Airport nearby, making it a quiet and calm area within the city. Within the Facility, there are services such as a restaurant (breakfast venue), meeting rooms, a microwave, and a coin laundry. The Hotel also has a multi-story parking lot (height limit 155cm, width limit 180cm, limited number of spaces), making it convenient for sightseeing.
I stayed for a 3-night Multiple Night Stay to attend a live show. Since there was no daily cleaning for multiple-night stays, I could relax and enjoy my time without worry. The towel-only replacement system was more than enough. It’s great to have an efficient, no-waste approach! Breakfast included Hokkaido local specialties, and the menu changed little by little each day, so I never got bored. The evening “shime parfait” was cute and delicious as well. The front desk and staff were all very pleasant. The location was also great—easy to find and close, just straight ahead after exiting the station. There was a nearby Seicomart with Hokkaido local items, which was fun to check out too! I’d love to stay here again!
It’s a little away from Susukino, but Nakajima-Koen Station is very close, so the transportation access was excellent! However, compared to newer Hotels, it felt a bit dated, which was disappointing.

On the second floor of the building, there is a coin laundry (30 minutes washing for 300 yen / 30 minutes drying for 100 yen / detergent is automatically provided for free).
In the vendor corner, vending machines are available on the 1st floor (juice) and the 2nd floor (alcoholic beverages). An ice machine is located on the 2nd floor.
