    I stayed here with friends to make lasting memories. Thank you for assisting us with the parking in the heavy rain. The Onsen, the bed, and the breakfast buffet were all excellent. Thank you very much. The view from our Room on a slightly sunny morning was also wonderful.

  • Everything was great.

    Starting with the welcome drink, the indoor Onsen bath and open-air bath were clean and wonderful.Dinner and breakfast were so plentiful we couldn’t finish everything.The soft-serve ice cream service, morning pancakes, and drip coffee were excellent.The nail corner and massages were also very popular with the women in our group.Thank you for taking such good care of us.

In December of Showa 30, we began operations in a two-story wooden building with 7 Rooms, and over 50 years have passed since then. Even as time has passed, our "heartfelt hospitality" has remained unchanged to this day. We deeply thank all of our guests for their patronage, as well as the efforts of each and every one of our staff members, which have allowed us to grow to where we are today. Moving forward, we will continue to strive for further development of Chichibu and the growth of our establishment without being complacent with the present.
