Temperature Check with Thermal Camera We ask for your cooperation in checking your temperature with a thermal camera upon entry. If the temperature remains 37.5°C or higher after rechecking, entry will be denied. 2. Implementation of "Speedy Check-in" to Avoid Waiting We will minimize verbal explanations and provide a "Facility Usage Guide" to speed up the process. If you have any questions, please contact the front desk at extension 8 from your Room or speak to a nearby staff member. 3. Request to Wear Masks Inside the Facility We ask for your cooperation in wearing masks while moving around the facility, except during bathing and meals (eating and drinking). Please also use the disinfectant provided throughout the facility frequently. 4. Thorough Attention and Care Even if there is no fever, we may speak to guests who appear unwell, so please understand in advance. We may also conduct interviews as necessary. 5. Providing a Comfortable Space All areas, including Hotel guest rooms, banquet halls, restaurants, relaxation areas, mahjong rooms, and karaoke boxes, are non-smoking. All types of tobacco, including regular and heated tobacco, are prohibited. Additionally, a weakly acidic hypochlorous acid water sprayer is installed at the front counter, where there is high guest traffic, to disinfect the air. 7. Enhanced Disinfection and Cleanliness Patrol We will increase the frequency of wiping and disinfecting items in the facility, Room items, doorknobs, handles at each entrance, and other handrails, and strengthen the "cleanliness patrol." 8. Staff Health and Condition Management We will thoroughly manage staff by conducting temperature checks, health checks, frequent hand washing, gargling, and hand disinfection at the start of work.
