Enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and forest, indulge in Oga's stone-grilled cuisine, and take in the stunning scenery.

A Hotel in Oga where you can enjoy views of the sea and the Jukai forest. We offer two types of Rooms: Japanese-style and Japanese-Western style. All Rooms are located on the sea side, and on clear days, you can see the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Shirakami-Sanchi, in the distance. The Onsen features natural hot spring water directly sourced from our adjacent sister facility. From the panoramic bath on the top floor, you can admire the contrast between the Jukai forest and the sea, while the open-air bath offers a serene moment in front of a garden. Dinner includes Oga's specialty, stone-grilled dishes, and a variety of fresh seafood. Breakfast is served as a Japanese-Western buffet featuring ingredients from Akita. Along with Namahage sightseeing, enjoy the scenic beauty of Oga.

  • The Onsen was wonderfully warming with free-flowing natural hot spring water. The food was delicious, and the Akita Nishiki beef at dinner was outstanding. The simmered sea bream head was also well-seasoned, and we were very satisfied.

  • Plan Name: [Web Exclusive for 10 Groups per Day] Lucky if the Date Matches! Let's Visit the Oga Peninsula! <Non-Smoking> Room Assigned by Hotel I stayed here when I took my mother on a sightseeing trip to the Oga Peninsula. As mentioned in other reviews, the building is old but very clean, and personally, I found no issues at all. The food and local sake were delicious, and the bath was at a perfect temperature—my mother absolutely loved it. For this accommodation fee, the quality is truly outstanding. Next time I visit the Oga area, I would like to bring my wife and daughter as well. Thank you for your hospitality.

About Hygiene Measures
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Seiko Grand Hotel, Oga Kanko Hotel, and Oga Hotel, operated by SKO Corporation. At each of our Facilities, we are implementing the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19: - Disinfectants are provided in public spaces within the Facility, and we kindly ask both guests and staff to cooperate in sanitizing their hands. - Space sterilization and deodorization machines using hypochlorous acid are installed in the entrance lobby area to maintain hygiene. - Cleaning includes wiping down surfaces with disinfectants. - Service staff wear masks to prevent the spread of infection while performing their duties. - For the time being, breakfast buffets have been suspended to prevent the spread of infection, and individual meals are being served instead. ----------- Starting from check-ins on 2020/4/17, the following measures will also be implemented: ● Temperature checks (non-contact type) * If the temperature is 37.5°C or higher → a recheck with a contact-type thermometer → if still 37.5°C or higher, we may refuse entry. ● Completion of a health questionnaire 1. Have you traveled abroad in the past two weeks? 2. Do you have a fever, cough, or sore throat? 3. Does anyone in your family or accompanying party have the symptoms mentioned in question 2? We will continue to strengthen hygiene measures, prioritizing the health and safety of our guests and staff. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
