We stayed here to celebrate a family member’s birthday. The dining staff provided outstanding service and even prepared a cake for dessert, which made the celebration a success.It became an irreplaceable family memory.Thank you very much.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 5/5/2026We enjoyed the welcome drink in the lounge, having matcha and a steamed bun while looking out at the garden, and were able to relax and spend time at ease. The sauna was closed due to COVID-19, but we hope it will reopen. It also felt a bit old as a Facility, so we wondered if it might be out of order. The food was delicious. The beef steak was melt-in-your-mouth tender and very tasty. Everything looked beautiful as well, and we were satisfied. However, the serving pace felt a little fast. Fruit was brought out before we had finished eating, and although we were told “please take your time,” it made us feel like they wanted to finish quickly. Overall, we had a very satisfying stay—thank you very much.
