[Measures in Public Areas] 1. Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available throughout the Accommodation. 2. Enhanced regular disinfection (doorknobs, doors, stair handrails, elevator buttons, restroom doors, etc.). 3. Regular ventilation of the lobby and corridors. 4. Removal of paper materials such as brochures from the lobby and Rooms. [Measures for Staff] 1. Staff are required to wear masks when commuting and while on duty. 2. Masks are required in back-of-house areas, and additional alcohol-based sanitizer has been installed. [For Guests Staying Overnight] To help prevent contact and droplet transmission, we have implemented the following measures. In addition, to minimize staff entry into your Room after check-in, some services will be suspended. At Check-in / Check-out - We ask guests to sanitize their hands at check-in and complete a health check form. - Acrylic partitions are installed at the front desk counter. - A cash tray is used for payments. - Pens and other items are replaced with sanitized ones after use. - Elevator buttons and other high-touch areas are thoroughly disinfected after assisting guests. Room Hygiene Management - High-touch surfaces such as doorknobs and switches are disinfected with alcohol-based sanitizer/disinfectant solution. - After guest departure, Rooms are ventilated by opening windows during cleaning. - Mugs and similar items are replaced with cleaned ones after washing/sanitizing as appropriate (as per our procedures). - Disposable slippers are provided in each Room for guest use. - Housekeeping staff wash hands/gargle (as per local practice) before/after cleaning each Room and sanitize their hands accordingly during work procedures where needed (e.g., between tasks).
