    The staff were very kind and helpful, which was great. The Facility feels a bit old, but it is kept very clean and well maintained, so I had a comfortable stay.If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to stay here.

  • The breakfast was delicious.

    The large public bath and Shirahama Onsen were wonderful! The view from the open-air bath was also great. I felt truly relaxed and refreshed. I was happy there was a sauna as well! The Room was spacious, and I also used the ceramic pot bath on the balcony—very satisfying. Breakfast was delicious too. Kishu pickled plums are always amazing, so I bought some to take home as a souvenir. Overall, everything was excellent, and I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.
