We stayed here with our daughters during summer vacation.Despite the reasonable price, the hospitality was outstanding. Dinner was served in a private room so we could relax, and the large public bath was clean and truly soothing. Breakfast was a buffet, and everything we tried was delicious—such a fun experience.This is an Accommodation that makes you want to come back regularly to unwind.

The Room was a spacious, relaxing Japanese-style room, and some of the items sold as souvenirs at the Accommodation were provided in the Room as tea snacks and also served at the breakfast buffet, which helped me decide what to buy. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. I would like to stay again.

Satomi Onsen in Akita is a Property located 4 km from JR Akita Station, nestled in a tranquil rural area along the upstream riverside of the famous entertainment district "Kawabata." Onsen first emerged in the Sogawa area of Akita City in 1913, over 100 years ago. Renowned for its healing properties that warm the body, relieve fatigue, and leave the skin smooth, the Onsen has a rich history, including a flourishing period as a therapeutic bath site, a forced closure during wartime, and its revival in 1961 as "Satomi no Yu." Affectionately known as "Satomi Onsen" by Akita residents, our Property boasts the mysterious natural Onsen that contributed to the creation of "Akita Bijin" (Akita beauties), featuring "Sodium Chloride Bicarbonate Spring" and "Sodium Chloride Spring," along with seasonal cuisine that we take pride in.
